If yes, we are looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our Team in Greece!
What you get to do in this role:
Process loan applications initiated by customers.
Answer inbound customer service calls and emails.
Perform outbound campaigns calls to boost sales.
Handle chats with customers.
Maintain high quality of communication with customers in all channels.
Adhere to the internal SLA`s set for the respective channels.
Demonstrate excellent attitude and collaboration to all customers and company employees.
Job requirements
What we are looking for:
BSc in Business Administration or other relevant degree
1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Fluent level of English, both written and verbal
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Friendly and openminded individual
