If so, we're looking for a Financial Manager to take on a group-level role and join our team on the journey to success!


What you get to do in this role:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, product development, and strategic initiatives

  • Perform client behavioral modelling and profitability analysis

  • Evaluate investment projects and prepare financial assessments for new initiatives

  • Conduct business forecasting, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and investment-related decisions

  • Prepare financial analyses, reports, and business cases for management and key stakeholders

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments such as Commercial, Risk, and IT

  • Support resource allocation decisions and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and value optimization

  • Develop, review, and monitor financial performance indicators and analytical benchmarks

  • Lead and support a small team of financial analysts

  • Present analytical insights and directly report key findings to the CFO

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Previous professional experience in finance, financial analysis, or a related analytical role

  • Experience in the banking field is required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and willingness to work extensively with analytical and financial tools

  • Ability to interpret financial data and support business decision-making through analytical insights

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures

  • Experience in managing or mentoring a small team of analysts is considered an advantage

  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and work in a dynamic business environment
