If so, we're looking for a Financial Manager to take on a group-level role and join our team on the journey to success!
What you get to do in this role:
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, product development, and strategic initiatives
Perform client behavioral modelling and profitability analysis
Evaluate investment projects and prepare financial assessments for new initiatives
Conduct business forecasting, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and investment-related decisions
Prepare financial analyses, reports, and business cases for management and key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments such as Commercial, Risk, and IT
Support resource allocation decisions and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and value optimization
Develop, review, and monitor financial performance indicators and analytical benchmarks
Lead and support a small team of financial analysts
Present analytical insights and directly report key findings to the CFO
Job requirements
What we’re looking for:
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field
Previous professional experience in finance, financial analysis, or a related analytical role
Experience in the banking field is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Excel and willingness to work extensively with analytical and financial tools
Ability to interpret financial data and support business decision-making through analytical insights
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures
Experience in managing or mentoring a small team of analysts is considered an advantage
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and work in a dynamic business environment
