If yes, we are looking for a Marketing Lead to join our Team in Greece!


What You Get To Do In This Role


  • Will be responsible of the local team operations and the role will directly report to SVP, Marketing.
  • Will have the responsibility of proposing and negotiating marketing campaigns and building marketing strategies for different tbi bank businesses.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and brand identity guardian.
  • Keeping close relationship with the whole team, make sure the organizational KPIs are followed and closely collaborate with all teams involved in the process – MS, BB, Deposits, PR, HR, Sales team.
  • Planning, developing, and organizing advertising policies and campaigns that support sales.
  • Performing activities to identify potential opportunities for advertising, making proposals and preparing marketing campaigns and materials to contribute to achieving the organizational KPIs.
  • Identifying and managing relationships with subcontractors for specific projects.
  • Offering ideas and developing advertising materials for social media, paid campaigns, press.
  • Preparing inquiries, reports, etc., related to advertising campaigns and channels.
  • Performing other specifically assigned tasks inherent in the duties.
  • Translating content /adaptation of content.
  • Planning and coordinating the email marketing campaigns (newsletters, CMS, content creations, emails, landing pages).
  • Uploading content on official websites and social media pages.
  • Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.


Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations or similar type role (financial industry is a plus).
  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or a related quantitative field.
  • Master’s Degree will considered as a plus.
  • Senior expert with experience in managing small teams with a leading role in a previous position as a requirement.
  • Experience in working with a CMS system.
  • Very good understanding of Social Media and Digital trends
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Critical thinking, ability to set various marketing strategies and ability to explain and negotiate them with the respective business owners.
  • Strong project and time management skills, detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Great communicator and team player with a growth mindset.
  • Good reporting and analytical skills, and ability to use insight to develop future campaigns.
