If yes, we are looking for an E-Commerce Integration & Technical Support Specialist to join our Team in Greece!

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the growth of our retail partner network in Greece. At tbi bank, we provide top-notch services and technological solutions to support retailers in increasing sales and attracting customers. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in assisting our retail partners with integrating onto our platform. While the integration process is straightforward, we prioritize human interaction and support to ensure our partners feel empowered. Your responsibilities will include offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance when needed, as well as continuously improving our services through performance monitoring and regular updates.


What you get to do in this role:


  • Take full responsibility for end-to-end online integrations between the bank and collaborating companies, including plugin integrations.
  • Engage in direct communication with businesses or developers via phone and email to facilitate the interface of e-shops.
  • Assist our retail partners in seamlessly integrating onto our platform.
  • Provide comprehensive B2B eCommerce support, troubleshooting, and guidance.
  • Monitor the performance post-integration to guarantee the smooth operation of the bank's solutions during partners' online checkouts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Direct Sales and Customer Experience (CX).

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information and Technology and/ or Certification in eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce, OpenCart, Presta Shop, Magento.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivation and teamwork mentality.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Greek native speaker with good use of English language.
  • Familiar with modern and digital business environment.
