If yes, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Team in Greece!


What you get to do in this role:

  • Lead execution of our communication strategy across digital and offline touchpoints. Take care of the day-to-day and business as usual tasks for our comms in the local market and contribute to strategy formulation and concepts creation.
  • Social Media: Own monthly calendar planning, working together with Marketing Lead. Identify opportunities, brainstorm on ideas, take care of briefs to design team, publish content, align with performance team on promotion, help tbi team stay in touch with latest trends and develop new channels.
  • Website: content maintenance and updates, using site CMS.
  • Brand consistency: monitor communication elements and digital assets and maintain a consistent messaging & tone of voice, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Reporting: Sentiment tracking, “listen” to voice of consumers and target audience, help translate this into actionable insights. Occasional reporting on digital KPIs.
  • Handle some necessary tasks on corporate ERP to ensure budget approvals and payments flow smoothly.

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

  • A university degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus in digital marketing.
  • A sound understanding of social media; experience in using social touchpoints to communicate effectively to various target audiences for multiple objectives (Awareness, Engagement, Leads, Sales) will be considered as advantage.
  • Experience in CMS, particularly Wordpress, is an add-on but not a must-have.
  • Ability to learn new online systems and tools, adapt quickly and take over related tasks with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to both work independently and as part of a greater team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
