If yes, we are looking for a Merchant Support Specialist to join our Team in Greece!
What You Get To Do In This Role
- Check the documents of the companies applying for our business partners (merchants), issue an opinion and prepare the documentation for subsequent approval as per internal procedures.
- Perform archiving of the merchants’ documentation and be responsible for the proper storage.
- Register the merchants to our systems and maintain their data up-to date.
- Regular checks on the live merchants’ database to ensure that integration works as intended.
- Execute all necessary actions to initiate and complete successfully the timely and proper payment of the commissions to the merchants.
- Inform the management in a timely manner of all problems and issues that have arisen during the activity.
- Respond with high-quality professionalism to e-mails and questions sent by the merchants related to their products.
- Participate in daily operational activities of the department.
- Assist in project developments.
Job requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or any related field.
- Excellent computer literacy /MS Office.
- Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive thinking, constantly seeking improvement opportunities in work.
- Fluent verbal & written English communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive work in a discrete manner.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with time-sensitive deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure in stressful situations.
