If yes, we are looking for a Product Training Specialist to join our Team in Greece!


What You Get To Do In This Role


  • Develop and deliver training material for the new functionalities and products that will be delivered by our bank, ensuring it is comprehensive, easy to understand, and up to date. This material will be used by the customer support team, operations team, and other relevant departments.
  • Conduct training sessions for both new and existing employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively support and utilize the new functionalities and products.
  • Train new colleagues on the new functionalities and products, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Organize regular retraining sessions to ensure employees’ knowledge remains up to date.
  • Continuously update and improve training material based on feedback and changes in the functionalities and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to gather information and insights ensuring accurate and relevant training material that aligns with QA guidelines and requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to address employees’ queries or concerns related to functionalities and products.

Job requirements

What we are looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training material, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and functionalities with proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
  • Fluent verbal & written English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with technical competency in developing visual appealing and interactive training content.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training material.
